Fine Impressions and CCA Occasions to consolidate operations

Fine ImpressionsEarlier this year leading wedding stationery supplier, CCA Occasions moved into a shiny new factory in Preston  to improve their slick printing outfit for wedding stationery and Corporate Christmas Cards.  Well no sooner had they unpacked their bags and rearranged their desks but it looks as though sister company Fine Impressions are joining them after recently announcing their move to the same factory on the 21st July 08Fine Impressions, who also operate under the Bride and Groom Direct name, run a similar operation dealing through agents for their own range of wedding invitations and Christmas Cards.  Both Fine Impressions and CCA were acquired by US publishing giant the Taylor Corporation a couple of years ago so I guess this move comes as no great surprise when the operations at both facilities are very similar.From a design perspective I will be interested to see how things are handled at the shared site and whether the corporate identity between CCA and Fine Impressions will remain separate.  The offerings from both CCA and Fine Impressions are both excellent.

    Just a slight correction, Fine Impressions was set up by the Taylor Corporation 15 years ago and is not a recent a acquisition. CCA are taking over all operations of both companies.
