The great thing about handmade wedding stationery is that it can produce wonderful designs like this delicious looking chocolate wedding cake invitation from 4 Get Me Not that simply cannot be reproduced in a print factory.  Why, because there are some skills such as Paper quilling used here that cannot be replicated on a machine.  I have tried paper quilling in the past and believe me it is not as easy as it looks and my efforts tend to look more like piles of pencil shavings than works of art.With this design which is appropriately called ‘Scrumptious’ you get three layers of quilled chocolate cake with a coloured flower decoration on each tier.  The cake is only available in chocolate brown (and rightly so, because it would’nt look as scummy in any colour) but the flower embellishments are available in blue (pictured), Green, Pink, Yellow or Purple.  Day invitations are £3.99 each which I think is very reasonable given the time that goes into making each card and you get an individual sample for the same price.
